I'm new to the whole steamless deal, i don't exactly know where to put the patches n such either.
if i could get some help then i'd like to go steamless, i hate 1.6 lol.
i DL'd Half-Life 1.1.1.0 update patch but it said that it was the wrong language and made me exit the download 8(
Can anybody help pls?

I don't know the answer, except maybe download the patch from somewhere else. You might have better luck asking at http://v4.steamlessproject.nl/index.php because those forums are slightly less dead.

Well i do have counter strike 1.0, could i do anything with that as far as online play?
